PLANTING SEEDS OF LOVE - Wonderfully Made pg. 31

Working with children who are different always provided a sense of LOVE! Although I taught elective classes, I was blessed to tailor the same curriculum to students who learned differently. Early in my career, I discovered there was a special place in my heart for students who presented and thought differently. These young people gravitated towards me, many times just to get a hug. My colleagues would caution me about giving hugs to a child. One day I spoke up and said, " I'm not worried, because it is all done in LOVE. God's got my back, and this may be the only hug and LOVE our children receive today." From that point on, I knew I had made the right decision. All that I lost financially would be regained through the seeds that had been planted. Seeds of LOVE.
