Gratitude...

Three greatest qualities of strong leaders are: Vision, Tenacity and Gratitude. The greatest of the three is Gratitude!

Gratitude grounds you, gratitude shows that you are humble, gratitude is pleasing to God. When you have gratitude, there is more that will follow. For example, more love, more invites, more expressions of appreciation, more willingness to just be in your presence. Make a conscious effort to be grateful and celebrate others and watch how God blesses you. Not with material possesions, but with pure satisfaction of being genuinely happy for someone else's accomplishments, that is Gratitude and LOVE IN ACTION!!

As a leader, celebrate those around you so that God will get the Glory and the rest will fall in place. In the meantime, continue to sow seeds of Gratitude and lead knowing that you are THE EXAMPLE and ANSWER that people have been waiting for.
